The following additional permissions are only available when the user has been assigned the Analyst or Customer Support role, both of which allow the user to view transaction data.

Download reports

This permission provides a user with the ability to download reports that have been created. This does not give the user permission to generate new reports. These permissions are only available when the user has the Analyst or Customer Support roles which already grant the user permission to view transaction data.

Create and schedule reports

This permission provides a user with the ability to create and schedule new reports. This also grants the user permission to download those generated reports. This is only available when the user has the Analyst or Customer Support roles which already grant the user permission to view transaction data.

Access buyer billing and shipping details

This permission provides a user with the ability to read a buyer’s billing and shipping details. Without these permissions, the buyer’s data is redacted in the dashboard.
